More Than You Need (or want) to Know!!
James is originally from the Ohio Valley region of Southern Indiana. Upon completion of high school James continued his studies at a local state college and then onto the southern campus of Indiana University. From there James went on to pursue a variety of personal and career interests, gaining experience in a number of fields, primarily: Sales, Marketing, Mortgage Banking and Real Estate.
By the end of 2001, James had accepted a position with an International Coffee company and chose to relocate his family to Houston, Texas in January of 2002. It was during the next few years that James began to fully explore his faith, entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to serve for the greater good.
In October of 2005 James, along with his wife Cathy, formed eProperty Solutions, LLC in order to serve the needs of the real estate community by providing realtor marketing tools through a combination of direct sales & ecommerce. Shortly thereafter, a calling came for a greater service and in November of 2005 the H.O.P.E. Foundation, Inc. was formed. A non-profit organization, the H.O.P.E. Foundations mission is to serve those families in need by providing “Homes of Purpose and Encouragement”.
A devoted husband and father of two, James’ interests include Cycling, Health & Nutrition, Movies, Technology, Travel and Reading.

Everybodies Workin' For The Weekend.....
Aaahhh, Weekends! That coveted time when we either do nothing at all or we try to cram in everything that we couldn't or should've gotten done during the week. What do your weekends usually hold? A colleague of mine always says "Make it a great Sales weekend!" I'm pretty sure that means she will be working. Are you? Am I?
As self-employed real estate professionals, running our own business practices, are we not working every day? Even when we're not? If we're scheduling our own time, we know what we need to do and we know when we need to do it; are we ever really taking a day off? I find (and I prefer it as such) that I'm nearly always available to my current and potential clients. I find that even as I try or attempt to take a day off... I am still in the real estate mindset. Call me crazy if you wish....just don't call me lazy;) "Make It A Great Sales Weekend!"
